1797 is a company committed to realizing  shared economic prosperity, instead of economic benefits being skewed to a few at the expense of others.

We do this by co-developing, building and operating housing finance institutions and ecosystems with partners, in non-USA markets, using the traditional Danish Mortgage Model as its North Star.  We create funding for mortgage loans that is stable.  To ensure this we establish a feedback loop of benefits must accrue to all stakeholders, such as homeowners, investors, lenders, real estate developers and government.
